SlayRx was created by 3 endurance athletes who were tired of putting suboptimal sports nutrition in their bodies while training and racing. One of the 3 happened to be a highly trained Food Scientist + Chemical Engineer who wanted better quality and more effective ingredients in his hydration, fuel and supplements. They set up a sports testing lab in the scientist’s existing factory and began testing out their state-of-the-art products on local athletes.
The response was instantly enthusiastic.
Hydrate was designed to meet the actual electrolyte needs of individuals. The amount of sodium that each of us loses in our sweat varies widely. Most sports drinks on the market today have sodium levels that are too low for many people. This can often lead to problems such as dehydration and even cramping. Hydrate comes in 3 different electrolyte levels, 2X, 4X and 6X. Hydrate is lower in sugar than your average sports drink. Its electrolyte to sugar ratio is designed to be hypotonic. This means that it is more easily absorbed into the gut than a drink with too much sweetener. Combine this with the fact that it contains only natural ingredients (organic cane sugar, Himalayan Pink Salt, etc) and colors and the result is a reduction in stomach distress for virtually everyone who’s tried it.
How to use
Use Hydrate in place of your current sports drink. At 60-70 calories per 16oz serving you will likely want to take in additional calories through food or supplements for workouts over 90 minutes. Depending on your sweat rate and training/racing/event conditions you will want to consume about 1- 2 servings per hour. Since Hydrate comes in powdered form, it is easy to carry with you and mix as needed. Mix one sachet/serving at night before event and one early morning before event to preload.
Hydrate Lite is designed for people who want an optimal level of electrolytes without added carbohydrate. People who follow a Ketogenic diet have reported great success with this Keto- friendly product. Hydrate Lite is also great for those shorter workouts (less than an hour) where some electrolytes are needed to stave off headaches and cramping, but extra calories are not. It comes in handy for pre and post- workout hydration since it helps maintain your electrolyte balance while increasing your fluid intake.

How to use
Diesel contains 180 calories/ 40g of carbohydrate per 16oz serving. Depending on your body 1 – 1 ½ servings per hour will be ideal. For hot workouts, and people with high sweat rates additional water or Hydrate will make sure you stay fully hydrated.

Caffeine is one of the few legal and effective supplements for reducing the perception of fatigue during workouts. Some studies have shown performance improvements of 3% or more with its use. A tube of SparkPlug contains 75mg (a cup of coffee has about 100mg) of slow-release caffeine. We mix it with our Himalayan Pink Salt electrolyte blend AND a sweet popping treat to take your mind off of your aching legs.
How to use
Depending on your need, the SparkPlug tube is normally enough for an hour +/- but you won’t want the whole tube at once. Either sprinkle a third of the tube in your hand and carefully throw it in your mouth or measure a third of the tube out as you shake it in your mouth by partially covering the opening with your thumb as you shake to prevent full emptying of the tube.
